MOTIVASI KERJA MEMEDIASI PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL, DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT FOTEXCO BUSANA INTERNASIONAL

Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi internal, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja di PT Fotexco Busana Internasional. Menggunakan metode analisis jalur dengan software SmartPLS 4.0, melibatkan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil pada penelitian bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi internal secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Sebaliknya, etos kerja memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Namun, motivasi kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan gaya kepemimpinan serta komunikasi internal juga tidak memberikan dampak langsung terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya etos kerja dalam meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, meskipun tidak berdampak langsung pada kinerja. Hasil pada penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang lebih efektif di perusahaan.
